Closes #24

Adds explicit local and remote GGRS player configuration, configurable UDP bind ports, validated endpoint declarations, connection lifecycle resources, terminal disconnect cleanup via MatchDisconnected, and loopback debugging documentation.

Validation: cargo test --locked --lib -j 4; cargo build --locked -j 4.
