initiate_default_match returns to MainMenu before checking play_replay unless --debug-match is set (src/match_loading.rs:155-177). A user supplying --play-replay alone silently does not play it. Playback completion can also leave the app in PreMainMenu when ReplayComplete is present (src/match_loading.rs:159-161).
Fix: give replay mode precedence or validate the CLI combination, and define an explicit post-playback destination.
